We're excited to see you next weekend for Family Weekend! As you return to campus to spend time with your Tiger, here is some information that you may find helpful to navigate throughout the weekend.
Parking
Friday: General parking (free) opens in all “Core” parking spaces in the garages after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22nd through the weekend. If you arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m. and wish to park on campus, paid parking (through the ParkMobile app) is available. This excludes reserved spaces- please be attentive to signage. Please note that all vehicles without residence hall parking permits must exit the parking garages by 11 p.m. each night.
Saturday: In addition to the above parking information, Lots 4 and 5 on Auburn Drive will be available for general parking on a first-come-first-serve basis starting at 12:00 p.m., with parking available in the on-campus garages once the lots fill. Paratransit will be available for students and families with mobility needs by calling 410-704-RIDE (7433). Events
During the weekend, New Student and Family Programs partner with multiple colleges, divisions and departments to host events that showcase what Towson University has to offer. Some highlight events include the Largest Collegiate Crab Feast in Maryland, Stuff-A-Tiger, Campus Activity Board's Movie Night, and the Towson Family Network Open Meeting + Bagel Brunch!
Though ticketing has closed for some events, check the Towson Events App or the full Family Weekend Schedule to learn more about everything in store and to get the most out of your weekend!
Visiting Your Tiger's Residence Hall
To accommodate guests during Family Weekend, Housing and Residence Life has temporarily increased the number of guests allowed per student to five for the duration of the weekend. More information about guest sign-in policies can be found here.
