Towson University is ready to welcome its students to campus. With classes starting on Monday, Aug. 26, here is what students and their families need to know as they head back to campus for the fall term.
Move-In Information
Move-in occurs from Wednesday, Aug. 21 to Saturday, Aug. 24. Students should have received their housing assignments already in their Towson University email accounts.
On-campus residents are required to sign up for a specific, one-hour check-in window from Aug. 21 to Aug. 24. Each student will be able select one of the following move-in windows:
- Wednesday, Aug. 21: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. for new students with last names A-J
- Thursday, Aug. 22: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. for new students with last names K-Z
- Friday, Aug. 23: 1 – 4 p.m. for returning students
- Saturday, Aug. 24: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. for returning students.
Students will report to TU Arena for centralized check-in. Parking will be located in Lot 8. There students will receive their room key and officially check into their housing assignment.
Those moving in can bring as many helpers as they like, but the student will only be given one parking pass for the day. TU will also provide help with the student-led “Move-In Crew.”
