Towson University's future campus
Our future campus begins with our campus master plan. Today, we unveil that plan—a shared vision for development projects that advance our strategic goals. It is a roadmap for activating and connecting campus districts, as well as investing in modern facilities that meet the needs of our rising world-class research university.
The updated Towson University master plan identifies investments that will continue our momentum into the next decade and beyond, including:
- A new College of Business & Economics building anchoring the northeast corner of campus and creating a new gateway into uptown Towson;
- A new South Campus pedestrian bridge that traverses Osler and Auburn Drives to safely connect the student life center and athletics district; and
- A new West Village housing development and parking podium that replaces the Enrollment Services building and converts Lot 2 into recreational open space, completing our West Village district.
Information on the plan, including its focus areas, development projects and key touchstones, is housed in a new master plan microsite. We invite you to explore the plan and join us in envisioning the transformative growth ahead at Towson University.
